Fireplace with Flanking Bookcases

Project Details

This project is in a luxury condominium located in Annapolis, Maryland. The design compliments the room - moldings that work well with the existing architecture, proportions that are not over powering, bookcases that step back, leaving the fireplace as the focal point. The divided glass wall is located about 20 feet from the fireplace. This solution provided a divide between the entrance foyer and dining room, without closing in the open-space floor plan.
