GETTING STARTED
Curious about how to get started? Typically, we start with an initial meeting in your home. This enables us to discuss your ideas within the project space and allows us to view and consider existing architectural details such as room layout and existing finishes. It gives us the opportunity to talk through features such as door styles, display areas, storage needs, and hardware. From the information gathered from our initial meeting, we submit a detailed proposal that explains the details of the project and all of the associated costs. If you are already working with a designer or architect, we can provide pricing based on their drawings as well.
CONSIDERATIONS
Miles Enterprises takes pride in going above and beyond to deliver the very best process and products. We look beyond the typical design elements such as wood species, molding profiles & specialty finishes, and consider how additional details such as tones and textures, cabinet design, and room layout will transform the feel of the entire room into a more pleasing, livable space. We acquire our own field measurements and meet with builders and trade professionals when necessary to avert potential conflicts between design and site conditions. We offer conceptual design that helps our customers develop and visualize their ideas, and provide accurate shop drawings which ensure precise fabrication.
FABRICATION & FINISHES
Because we firmly believe in controlling the quality of our products, we manufacture our products in-house rather than outsourcing, including our own doors and moldings. And because cabinetry is often the first thing noticed in a home, the first thing touched, we provide rich finishes, mixing our own stain colors and providing specialty finishes such as distressing, glazes and “rub-through” effects. Finally, we ensure the realization of your expectations by offering courteous and professional installation by the same craftsmen who carefully fabricated your project.
